Elizabeth joined OYCR in August 2026 as Chief of the Operations and Grant Support Division. She has a deep history and commitment to juvenile justice. Over her 25-year career, Elizabeth has worked in both the executive and legislative branches of California’s government as well as in a variety of capacities with community-based organizations, county probation departments, and behavioral health organizations.
Earlier in her career, Elizabeth served as the Director of Rehabilitative Programs at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. For the past eight years, in addition to working as a consultant and trainer on a wide range of justice system projects, Elizabeth has also been a Lecturer in the Sociology Department at the University of California, Davis.
